These terms cover your use of hellofondi.com, the Fondi apps and pay links (“Fondi”, “we”). By creating an account or paying a pay link you agree to them.

1. What Fondi does

Fondi lets independent creators send invoices to brands and, if an invoice is eligible, sell it to Fondi for early payment. Fondi then collects the invoice from the brand. Fondi is not a bank.

2. Who can use Fondi

Creators must be at least 18, live in the United States, and complete identity verification with our payments provider. Brands can pay a pay link without an account.

3. Fees

Creators pay 5% of the invoice amount when they accept early payment. Brands pay 1% on top of the invoice amount when they pay. Card payments may show a separate processing line. Every fee is shown before anyone commits. There are no late fees.

4. Eligibility and review

Every invoice is subject to review. We can decline any invoice, and amounts or screens shown in marketing are examples, not an offer.

5. Your responsibilities

Only submit real invoices for work you agreed to do. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in codes private. Don’t use Fondi for anything unlawful.

6. Payments

Payments and payouts are processed by our payments provider and are subject to its terms. Payout timing depends on your bank.

7. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time once nothing is outstanding. We can suspend accounts for suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.

8. Liability

Fondi is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. [Counsel to finalize.]
