This explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect what we need to pay creators and collect invoices, and we don’t sell your data.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email, and the sign-in codes we send you.
• Identity and payout details — collected and held by our payments provider to verify you and send payouts. We see the result, not your full bank details.
• Invoices — brand name and contact email, amounts, dates, descriptions and attachments you add.
• Brand payments — who paid, how much and when. Bank and card details are handled by our payments provider.
• Usage — basic device and log information to keep Fondi secure and working.

Why we use it

To run your account, review invoices, send early payments and payouts, collect from brands, send the emails and notifications you’d expect, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Our payments provider, email provider and hosting providers, only as needed to run Fondi. The brand on an invoice sees the invoice details. We share information with authorities when the law requires it. We don’t sell personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, and afterwards as long as financial record-keeping rules require. [Counsel to set retention periods.]

Your choices

You can see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@hellofondi.com. Some records must be kept by law even after you close your account.
