Why is there a 1% fee?
It pays for the invoice, the pay link and the receipts, so the creator gets the full invoice amount.

Do we pay the creator or Fondi?
The creator. Your payment goes to their Stripe account. Fondi’s 1% is added on top.
Does this change our agreement with the creator?
No. The work, the deliverables and the amount stay the same.
What if the work wasn’t delivered?
Tell us before paying. Reply to the invoice email or talk to us.
Where do we find our pay link?
In the invoice email. Ask the creator to resend it, or talk to us.
